White spots on female Molly

Question
Yesterday I noticed two round white spots on the left eye of
my female Molly.  She was lying on the gravel.  When I
fed her she did come up to eat.  This morning she was again on the gravel and she still has the two white spots.  It looks like she has not eaten this morning.  She is still lying on the gravel. Thanks, Pat

Answer
Dear Pat,
It sounds like your Molly may have the beginning symptoms of Ich or 'white spot disease' The small round white spots you explained being on her eye could be the beginning stages of the parasitic infection. It's good that she is still eating but laying on the bottom isn't a good sign.
First make sure your water quality is good, ideally it would be best to test your water for ammonia, nitrites and nitrates. These readings should be ZERO for ammonia and Nitrite and nitrate should be 20 or less. As always, be sure to do at least a 30-50% water change. Insure the replacement water is equal in temperature to that of your aquarium and insure it is dechlorinated everytime with a good water conditioner. It may be best to repeat these water changes everyday until your molly gets better.

I have a feeling she is very sick and needs immediate help if she is to recover at all.

As for the ICH, I cannot be sure if that is the exact cause of the white spots on your molly's eye and you will be the best judge as to determine that. I'll try to provide links to pictures of ICH on fish and hopefully you'll be able to diagnose your molly better-
"http://www.fishjunkies.com/Diseases/ich.php"
      and
"http://www.fishpalace.org/Disease.html#Ich"

These websites also provide treatment info. The first link provides an especially good treatment regimen.

I really hope this helps!
I wish you only the best to you and your molly!
