Fins and fungus

Question
Both my paradise fish have torn tail fins and one has a red dot on his head what can i do to help them. They are in a tank with 3 Sharks, 3 Rosie barbs and a Angel fish. I don't want them to get what the paradise fish have. please help. thank you

My first thought would be that perhaps the Paradise Fish have been fighting with each other, which would explain the torn fins and the red dot (it could be a flesh wound).

If it is some kind of fungal infection or fin rot, then I would isolate the two Paradise Fish and see how they go but to me if none of the other fish have symptoms or injuries...it sounds like they have been fighting.
