Question
Hi, I have just purchased a Juwel Rekord 120L aquarium, and I was wondering how I can add streams of bubbles to the tank. I would appreciate a list of equipment i would need to purchase in order to achieve this.

Also, I currently own the following fish;
1 betta
3 neon tetra (1 regular, 2 wild green)
3 glowlight tetra
2 platty
2 honey gourami
5 mountain minnow
2 japonica shrimp

I was wondering if i would have space to adda any more fish, and if so, could you please give me some suggestions?

Thanks a lot for your time, and I am eagerly awaiting your response!

Answer
Hello Anna!
For that size tank I would buy an air pump and about 6 feet of thin hose for the air pump. I would get an air strip instead of an air stone. You can even get 2 air strips and it will have bubbles across the entire back of the tank.
Just tell the pet shop what size tank you have and that you want to have bubbles across the entire back and they will give you what you need.
As far as adding more fish, you would have to let me know how large your current fish are.
There is sort of a rule. It is not always accurate, but it is a good guide. I inch of fish per gallon of water.
Now, that doesn't mean you can have a 27 inch catfish or something, but 27 inches of normal fish.
So add up the approximate size of your fish and try to include if they are going to get bigger, then go from there. So, if you currently have 20 inches of fish, you can add more fish up to 7 inches.
I hope this helps.
