Question
Are there any Plecostmus Fish that don't like to eat live plants in a fresh water aquarium?

Answer
Hi Chris:  I found this question in the general pool of questions and though it is several days old I thought I would try to answer it.  Most Plecostomus do not eat plants... they eat algae... They tend to eat plants only when they are really hungry... are you supplementing your pleco's diet with algae wafers?  There are other common fish like the clown loach that will ruin plants... what other kinds of fish do you have in your tank?  dave
