Question
Hi Chris, I have several litters of baby guppies, how long do they need to stay in the net by my themselves?

Answer
Hi Tiffany;

Once the babies are too big to be eaten by the largest fish you have they are pretty safe. It's usually when they approximately triple in size from birth. You really have to look at the adult fishes' mouths though and if you have any fish that are aggressive at all you have to be careful. Make frequent partial water changes (25% twice a week) and feed tiny amounts of food 3 to 4 times a day and the babies will grow fast.
