simese fighter

i have had a tropical fish tank for over a week now. at first my simese fighter swam round and loolked ok. the past few days, its been sat in a corner with its face to the gravle and not doing much. its not really swimming and when it is at the gravle it relaxes and gose on its side then puts it self in the normal  position

 First off, do you have a heater in his tank, set to around 80-82 degrees? They are tropical and need warm water. Before I can say whats really wrong with him, I do need to know about his heater. Once I hear back from you, then I can help you figure out what wrong.
