Question
hi! i have a 30 gallon tank with 2 male molly (pure black and pure gold)and 6 females (2 marble colored, 1 black lyre tail, 2 gold and 1 grey) should i separate the two males because the gold molly is chasing the black one?...also is it okay if i have 6 swortails and 2 goldfish in the tank along with them,,or should i put my mollies in a seperate tank?..

Answer
Kester,
It is ok to have all the mollies in the same tank. Goldfish cannot be with mollies or the sword tails because they are cold water fish and the other are tropical. The mollies and sword tails should be in brackish water. That means they need some salt in their water, but not full salt water tanks.
