Tropical fish - 10 gallon

Hi i have a 10 gallon tank.
I would like to know what is the temperature i should keep my tank at?
What about the pH level?

If you have goldfish in your tank, the water should be cooler, like 28 degrees, for they are coldwater fish.
Any other fish the temp. should be about 74 degrees.

As for the ph level, you need to buy a test kit and check it.
There are products out now for if the ph level is too hig h or too low.
