gold fish in a 10 gallon tank

We have a 10 gallon tank with bubble eyed black gold fish and they are floating in a cornerand not being very active. They used to play and swim to meet us for food, now thier still,hundled together help!!!

Try a 25% water change and see if that helps.

Do they have any spots, dots or areas on them that look infected?
Have you done a filter cleaning or tank cleaning recently?
Is the tank fairly new?
Is the temperature cooler lately?
How big are the fish?
