Fish not thriving in new tank

Question
I have had 2 gouramis and a pleco in a 10 gallon tank and they were thriving and exrememly healthy.  I recently moved them to a newer 20 gallon tank and they are not well at all.  They are all very lethargic and not eating.  They mostly spend their time on the bottom of the tank only coming to the surface for some air and sometimes seem to be slighly on their side.  The pleco is latching to the side today but has not done that since I moved them.  I treated the water with stress zyme proir to adding them and made sure the temp was exactly the same as the old tank.  Today, the water looks cloudy.  I don't know what to do for them or what the problem is.  I thought they were just afraid being in a new environment but they seem sick.
I hope you can help me at least suggest something to do.
Thank you in advance.

Answer
Lauri,

Your fish are suffering from stress.  It is a normal phenomenon whenever they are moved or transported.  Do not use STRESS ZYME unless you failed to put the water from your ten gallon into your twenty gallon.  If you did this you may have problems as your tank will have to cycle all over again.  Cloudy water is a byproduct of setting up new tanks and it will go away in about 10 days to two weeks.  Limit feeding for the next week to all they can eat in about 30 seconds, once a day.  Don't try to feed them at all for the first few days as they will probably not want to eat.  Use STRESSCOAT to help them through the process.  Write back if anything changes. Good luck.
