25 gallons tank big enough to house a pair of Shubunkin?

I have a 24 gallons tank with an AquaClear 300 filter and a 12 inchs bubble wall.

Is my tank big enough to house a pair of Shubunkin(They are about 12 inchs long)?

Those two will need at least a 55 gallon tank.
