pet goldfish

Question
my orange fantail goldfish is floating to the top of tank and having trouble swimming to bottom,,i have a air filter and aerator.i have had aquarium set up for 4 days now and i have two smaller fish in with it that are ok(one a pearl fantail and the other a comet.the tanks is 21.5 litres

Hi Penny,
 It is hard to say.  Many goldfish are already sick when you buy them, that is why I do not recommend that people buy goldfish.  It is also possible that one of the other goldfish is bothering the unhappy one.
