is tile grt or concrete toxic to fish , does it have to cure tbe used?

Hi Jay;

Tile grout and concrete are supposedly not toxic once cured to wash away the lime in them. I know that with concrete ponds you have to "acid wash" them and then rinse everal times though. I just don't know enough about the process to be sure when it would be safe to put concrete or grout in contact with your fish. You might contact a home and garden store that specializes in ponds. They would know what you need to do to it to make it safe.
