oscar- red

Question
well,I had to put him in a tank of 20 gallons because of him getting hurt by the albino oscar..he is about 8 inches i suppose,we feed him 2 times a day,,I have the albino in a 25 gallon tank and haven't ran into these problems,,I have been changing the water alot lately because of the smelly water ,I mean it really stinks,,it smells up my whole house,,I don't know what eles to do,,I have 4 tanks running and really don't want to add another,,this has been very costly,I am currently treating him for ich,as my last ditch effort ,,I feel bad for the fish but my patience is running out,,,

Question -
I had a tiger oscar with injuries from another oscar I put it into a tank with the red oscar to heal, well in the mean time the tiger died:( and now the red one has white spots on his face and side of face, he isn't rubbing on the gravel or plants but the water gets real stinky/cloudy in days after it is cleaned ,i also bought a bigger filter, Its so frustrating ,, any hints?

 How large a tank is he in?  How large is the fish?  How
often are you feeding him?  How often do you change the water and how much?

  An 8 inch oscar in a 20 gallon tank is waaaay too small of a tank for him.  That is your problem.  He should be in a 50 gallon tank at least.

  Feed him only once a day.
