My fish is swimming funny

Question
My fish is swimming very oddly. I'm not sure what kind he is anymore but he's yellow with black spots. Anyway he to having trouble swimming. I've had him for a while now and know whether my gourami hurt him or if something happened. I was hoping you would know what was wrong and have a solution.

I think your fish is sick. Just leave it alone and see how is it doing for few days.Also check if other fishes is doing ok. If other fish are fine, then you don't really have to do anything. If other fishes is acting strange then, right away change 20-25% of the water. and also what you could do is, you could check ph,amonia, and nitrate level in the aquarium. If the problem get worst let me know.
