silver shark and red shark

hi i have a 70 gallon tank with 5 neon teras 5 priscillas 1 loach 1 pleco 1 silver dollar 1 angel 1 rainbow shark and 1 silver shark... the problems are the rainbow shark bullys everything and the silver shark never goes down to the bottom.. is it ok to leave this situation as it is or do you have a suggested course of action i could take?

Hi Michael,
 That sounds about normal for those fish.  The best thing you can do is make sure that there is lots of structure (plants, rocks, wood) in the tank to give the weaker fish a place to hide when they need to.
