Question
Hi,

I just bought a fishtank a few hours ago and it came with Stress Zyme and Stress Coat but i don't know what to do with them. At the ppet store i was told to put the Stress Zyme in before i place the fish in.. However i just finished reading some of other peoples problems and most of the responses where NOT to put in the Stress Zyme or Coat. I have already placed the graavel, filter, and plants into mi tank and will buy a heater tomorrow. I plan i placing fish in on friday (giving the water enough time to settle an filter) but do not want to place the Stress Zyme or coat in if it will kill my fish.
PLease help.
thanks, Aurora

Answer
Stress coat is best used if your fish is having problems AFTER they're in the tank, dont add it unless you're fish is really in need of it. It replaces the natural slim already on your fish, which they should have after leaving the petstore, and should have if you introduce them to the tank properly :)

For now, just let your water filter, and add fish, make sure you only start with a couple, 2 maybe 3 at first.
