fish discoloration

I noticed that both of my iridescent sharks have ich. i going tomorrow to get them medication. but besides having ich, i just noticed that one of my fish has turned very green around the gills,face, and upper back? what is that and should I be concerned?

 Turned green?  I have never seen nor heard of that. It seems very peculiar.  It may be a result of the ick.  The key to treating ick is to start right away and follow through completely or else it will just return.
