Girl or a boy Goldfish?

Dear Nicole,
           I don't know if my goldfish is a girl or a boy. I know that you are not an expert with goldfish but could you please find out. I am desperate to know the answer.

I am glad to hear that there is nothing wrong with your goldfish! Except perhaps a little bit of gender identity disorder. :) Just kidding!

Okay, I am sure that will keep you busy for now! I am sorry not to be able to help more directly. While researching your question, I did read in several places sexing juvenile goldfish was "nearly impossible", so don't be disheartened if even after perusing all of these sites you are still doubtful...in that case, they are probably just too young for you to tell for sure.
