how do balloon molly fish mate?

I have searched everywere and I can not find a answer.can you show a picture of balloon molly fish mating because i have 2 female balloon mollies and 1 male and the male and a female were hitting there back tales together and I was wondering if that is how they mate or no.(One of the females had 22 fry)

I cannot find a picture, I assume because they are usually secretive and hide while mating, they do not usually do it right at the front of the tank. They will take it in turns to sort of go on top of each other while mating. I have not heard of the tail flicking before, but it is probably just the male showing off to the female before they do the actual mating.
