hey something is wrong with my betaa fish okayy i have a male betta fish && it looks really fat && thiers sumthing coming out of its stomachh && im not sure if its poop or sumthing else. he keeps swiming up && down from his tank && it looks like its hard for him to breathe but i his tank is cleean

Hello Angie-

The strands you're seeing are his feces (this is normal to see in pellet-fed fish.) Also, it's very common for bettas to pick a wall and swim up and down it, over and over again, even if they have plenty of room to swim in their tank.

If he's having trouble breathing, you need to check the water conditions and be sure the water temperature is between 75-80 F.
