my wife and i were wondering what is up with our beta he just lays on the bottom of our fish tank is there something wrong he only leaves the bottom to eat & than goes back down what is up with him???

Hello Michael,
It is possible that he is stressed out. Make sure you are cleaning out his tank regularly - at least once a week and are feeding him the proper food. Bettas require a specific diet as they are carnivores. Also, his temperature should be between 75 and 85 degrees F.
