beta not eating but producing bubbles

Question
I have 2 male betas in a beta buddies bowl. 1 eats good but doesn't flair much when the divider is removed and the other flares constantly but doesn't eat and makes a lot of bubbles.What should I do?

Hi Cindy,
 The bubbles is an excellent sign.  A male betta makes a bubble nest to entice a female to spawn.  If he is making bubbles, that is what he is supposed to do.
