Scales missing; possible infection

Hello,
I have a fish that got stuck in his log and had to be manual removed from it. He was missing two patches of scales, one on the top in front of his dorsal fin and one on his under belly. They now have a clearish bubble form over each patch. Is this normal? Is there anything I should be doing to treat this?

Unfortunately, you did not mention what kind of fish it is. Is it freshwater, or salt water, tropical or cold water? There are different kinds of treatments for different kinds of fish. Without know what kind its hard for he to give treatment. As soon as you let me know, I will be able to help you out better. Depending on the fish, you can add a little bit of aquarium salt to his tank to help with the wounds he got. But like I said I don't want to give you advice without knowing the breed of fish.
