shaking cichlids

Question
I was just wondering why my cichlid shakes.  I'm not exactly sure what can he is, but I can tell you that he is all blue with his fins trimmed in black.  I'm not sure if it's male or female.

 My bet is that he is a male.  The shaking is part of his courtship -- he does it to attract attention to himself, essentially saying "Hey, look how good I look!!!"
