size

Question
how big does a ctfish grow, does it depend ont he size of the aquarium its in? becuse we have a 9 $ catfish thats about 6 inches and it brown and black and and has a dark mixture of purple and brown tail.


so i was wondering if you knew what knd of catfish it is and how big could it get???

Ok i can't find out what kind of catfish it is, but if it is 6 inches right now it should be in a 45 gallon aquarium because some catfish can grow to be huge. Also don't forget to do weekly water changes and take out about 25% of the water to have a healthy aquarium.
