how can u tell if a fish is a boy or girl???

It all depends on the kind of fish you have! With Betta, it is easy to tell. The males are very bright and have long beautiful fins versus the females who have shorter fins and are duller in color. Some tropical fish you have to look very closely at their anal fins. Some males typically have a more pointed, triangular anal fin and female have more of a rounded triangular shape. Some fish you can tell by color or shape and others it's almost impossible to tell. If you can give me the type of fish you'd like to know about I can help you a little better.
