silver angelfish

i have 2 angels in my tank . black marbel and a silver angel along with a betta and 6 neons .they all get on fine but the silver angel takes air from the surface of the tank just in the way the betta takes air .the marble angel is fine .is it normal for it to go to the top and take air . apart from this he is in great shape

if the angel fish is healthy and it isnt acting lethargic id say it is fine, but if you have concerns it may not be getting enough oxygen in the water, so you can get some air hose with an adapter for your pump and run one airhose to your filter and the other run under your gravel at the back of your tank with the end out of the gravel to provide more oxygen in the water, or you can purchase some air gimmicks, but they can be costly.
