Cloudy Warter

I've a 29 gallon tank i have guppies and tetras in that tank , is it safe to use biretta water in stead of NORMAL water with chemicals ?
what would you do ? does the chemicals cause the water to be cloudy?

Cheryl,                                                      Using bottled water is fine. I am a firm believer of not using chemicals if not necessary. Dechlorinators should not be clouding your water. Make sure you are siphoning your rocks and doing regular water changes once a month and change your filter carbon....Good Luck,Tina
