Skin issue with Bosemani Rainbow

? - Had tested a while back and pet store said water was perfect.

A couple of months ago while cleaning my tank, one of my fish got between my arm and a rock.  A few days later I see what appears to be a scrape on the side of my bosemani.  Well it never went away and as I was studying him closer, I noticed the fins on top of his body were kind of sticking up a bit.  So I tried to find out what this was a thought maybe dropsy, and the side sore was septicemia.  I gave a cycle of Maracyn-Two.  It did not heal and I started a second cycle.  Upon further study, it appears his symtoms are getting worse.  I am on day two of the second cycle.  Any ideas on what I am dealing with?

Hi Kevin;

He may have an internal injury and it is swelling, or it could be organ failure. It's really hard to say for sure sometimes because we can't see inside them. You could send a picture if you like to;
