goldfish:swollen eye&unbalanced

Question
my goldish(a really round and fat one)'s eye just bugled out of no where, not
eating any more and unbalanced while swimming and staying still. what should i
do? asap pleaseeee!

Hi Jean,
   Goldfish are very tricky to cure because they have so many problems to begin with.  A fish should never be fat.  If it is fat, it is eating waaaaay too much.  That leads to all sorts of other health problems.  
A fish should always be a little lean, eager to eat.
