Answer
Hi Alfie,
Angels do well in 82 degree water.  Make sure the water does not fluctuate, or gets too high.  You need a thermometer to see what degree the temperature is.  You can find these at your pet store or Walmart.  Some heaters are not adjustable, and are suppose to keep the water at a certain temperature.  I have never used one of them because I much prefer the adjustable ones.  Buy a thermometer, and check to see what temperature your water is.  If it is too high, you will have to play with your heater to bring the temperature down.   When the heater lights up, turn it to bring it down a little.  Keep doing this until you have the right temperature.  If the water gets too high, it will kill your fish.  You must let the water go down slowly, never add cold water to bring it down.  Try adjusting your heater.  When the light goes on, this means it is heating your water.  This is okay if your water is always stable, and has the same temperature all the time.  If you notice that your water temperature is too high, then, when your heater lights up, turn the knob a little bit so it will not heat.  Do this until you are sure the heater is keeping the same temperature at all times.
I hope this helps
