Sick German Blue Ram

Hello,
I have a sick German Blue Ram that is tail standing and acting like the rear half of her body is paralyzed. She does her best to eat, and her color is good. When she rests, she is able to prop herself into an upright/correct orientation, but when she swims, it is just powered by her pectorals, when she is not propped up, he tail drops downwards. My water parameters are very good, other pairs are laying eggs in my 110 gallon tank. What do you think this is, and could she get better?

Hi Ken,
 Unfortunately that doesn't sound good.  I have never seen a fish recover from that kind of paralysis.  It sounds like she has some nerve damage in the back end of her body. Sorry.
