are my fish sick?

hej,my fish tank is 50 liters. to of my cichlids stopped (a dubuisi and a tropheus moori)eating 4 days ago.It is like they want to eat, because they put food in their mouth but a few seconds later they spit it out.they don't look seek.they swim like they always did,have no signs of white spots,or ulcers.aren't swollen.they fight a lot,so i think they are stressed. i was afraid that i gave to much food, cause i was feeding 3 times a day.for 2 days i didn't give them any food and i changed the water(25 liters). I tried to feed them today but they still don't eat.

  Feeding them 3 times a day is too much in my opinion.  I feed my fish once a day.  

  Doing a water change is good, but how often do you do that? It is best to change about 25% of the water once a week, every week, rather than changing half of it all at once.
