My Fish Wont Eat!?

Question
Yesterday i got two normal walmart goldfish. I figured they fed them that day so i waited until today to feed them. But the pellets didn't work or the flakes. All they did was float to the bottom after a while, I'm scared they haven't eaten at all today?! what should i do? what is up?

Hi Allie,
 The fish can go many days without eating.  Often fish will not eat for several days after they have been moved.  Moving is very traumatic to fish.  Be sure you remove the uneaten food or it will foul the water and kill the fish.
