Identify disease

Hi i have a festivum cichlid which has 5 white fluffy spots around its head and eyes and a large one on its top of its head which is more of a hole but this fluffy substance still comes out off please help this fish is 4 year old and it was my first tropical fish thanks

Hi Chris,
  Is there another fish in the tank that may be attacking this fish?   It sounds like those are wounds which have grown fungus. The solution is to isolate that fish to let it heal.
