I have a basic 20 gallon tank and am looking for a plant that will help hide the eggs when the fish have their babies. I've searched the Internet but have no idea what it is called.

I use Java Moss, Java Fern, Star Grass, Water Wisteria and Vallisneria along with some floating plants like Floating Watersprite or Hornwort. Cabomba is another popular choice used by some breeders. Some of these are a little more difficult to find than others, as well as some are harder to maintain than others. Java Moss is probably the best bet, as it can be found at most fish stores and is relatively easy to care for. It can be planted or floating.
