My finch wont fly?

On Saturday evening my fledgling zebra finch came out of the nest.  It is now Monday night and he/she has yet to fly.  I am worried there may be something wrong with its feet. they seem to point inward and the toes look odd the longest tow is on the outside not the center of the tree like the parents.  What do you think is wrong?  Also tonight I noticed that the mother has lost a significant amount of feathers from the back o her neck and I ma concerned she is too stessed.  What do I do?

The fledgling could not be ready to fly. I would not worry about the toes unless it inhibits the birds movement or it's gripping ability.
She does seem stressed. Move her into a seperate cage into a quiet room. Keep her there for a couple weeks and see if she isn't doing better.
