Question
Hello and thank you:
If I am only allowed one question to be answered please pick the first one(of the two).OK?
1)I want to make my own cage but larger than the one I just ordered.
Can the dimensions be thus?
any length longer that 40" up to 50" but the depth only about 15".
2)Would it be a good idea to buy (2) wire cages and cut them and connect the so I have the side to side approx. 60" long by 18" X 18"

Thank you very much, I am so happy you are here. Especially since I get my Zebras today  :)

Answer
1. I'm not all that good with measurements. I'm firmly against making your own cage though. It's just safer to get a store bought one or order one like you have done. I made my own cage once and one of my birds got an injured foot because of it. It's just safer.
2. I highly recommend that you don't. The jagged edges are dangerous and they may find a way to escape. Also, they may get stuck between the two cages. It's safer not to
