about my cockateils

Question
My cockateils had laid 6 eggs they sat on the eggs for about 30 days but the eggs did not hatch. I removed the eggs and they laid 4 more eggs they sit on the eggs day and night but the eggs are not hatched.  Can u tell the reason for why this is happening.

There could be many reasons that the eggs did not hatch.  The shells could've been too soft, the eggs could've been infertile, they could've gotten cold, the list could go on.
It sounds like your birds are insistent on being Mommies, and that is the reason for laying the second batch of eggs.
All you can do is watch and when she quits sitting on the eggs, then it is safe to remove them.
