A QUAKER, AND 2 BABY LUTINO INDIAN RING NECKS, fantail doves and finches. I have a bird avery and would like to have all different birds.

Hello Kim and thank you for your post.
The answer is a simple NO.  Quakers are very territorial flock animals and they will kill any other birds that are housed with them (sometimes even other Quakers).  Indian Ringnecks are flock birds, however, they do flock with their own species, so it is not a good idea to house them altogether.
It is safe to house the Doves and Finches together.  A couple of Parrot breeds that would be safe to house with the Doves and Finches would be Parakeets/Budgies and Cockatiels.  Both species are easy going and not very territorial.
