New budgie owner

Hello, we are recently new budgie owners and have a couple of questions, what size cage is required for 2 budgies? One budgie seems to be aggressive more than the other and pecks aggressively at times, is this normal? I've read budgies can conceal their sickness easily and a possible symptom is being on one foot, both budgies have demonstrated sitting on one foot, however, it is not constantly... it occurs when they are tired or resting and not all the time, should we be concerned?

A 2 foot square cage is best for two budgies thou bigger would be better, if they ever draw blood on each other they need to be housed seprately, as for standing on one foot all birds do this when the rest, the wont always stand on one foot to sleep but most of the time they do... so no there's no concern about that, also I'd like to say that if you were wanting a tame loving pet.... you should have got one budgie, two wil never be nearly as tame and loving as a single one thats given lots of attention.
