hello ma'am, may i know what does "RIDER RELAXING THE HORSE WHILE RIDING" mean?

Since horses are prey animals, it is best to try to get them to trust their riders.

Some people,through ignorance or ego, will "rough up" a horse, trying to get them more upset.
This would be the mark of a bad rider. Yes, you want the horse to be forward and bold if you are racing him or going cross country, but he learns much better if he is able to relax to listen.

A horse is naturally fearful.....they learn much better if they can relax and trust. Sometimes this necessitates ground work.....using soothing sounds when working (riding) the horse, etc.

If you ride unbalanced or with rough aids, this would also make a horse nervous.
