hello sir, how many salt blocks can i provide for horses per meal?

You do not give a block of salt per meal. A salt or mineral block can be put out for free use. The horse will naturally determine how much to take. If the horse is not getting drinking enough water you can add a little salt t it's feed to encourage it to drink more water.
