best shoe for show jumping thoroughbred horses

hello, what is the best shoe would you suggest for a thoroughbred show jumping horse both for novice and an experienced jumping horse? my main idea is that shoe should support both heel and toe. do you suggest me an aluminum shoe or a steel shoe for jumping competition?

HELLO ROHIT...THANKS FOR YOUR QUESTION...

The "main" idea is to support the hoof capsule in general. The palmar or heel area takes
more concussion, but ample support will aid in the concussion the horse receives.

Generally, most jumpers and cross-country horses will wear aluminum for less weight, traction
and dissipates impact of the hoof capsule.

Steel will generally take better care of the hoof wall's quality if you are in wet/humid conditions...which is probably not your problem.

The best way to judge is with every shoeing or reset, judge the hoof wall and see if any quality
is lost ?? That way you can make an accurate decision.
