QUESTION: YES SHE DOES SHE WILL PULL ME AND TRY TO DRAG ME BUT I DON'T LET HER DO IT. AND SHE IS PUSHY WITH HER HEAD TOO
THANKS BRIT

Answer
get a bat (riding crop with a little flat popper on the end). Lead the horse a bit and the first time she tries to push or drag you, turn and face the rear, use the bat in your left hand, hold the reins or leadrope in your right hand and ask her to back up. Tap her chest with the batand gently but firmly tug backwards to encourage your mare to  back up.  As soon as she takes a step or two back, reward her wit a kind word and stroke her.  Move forward again and every time she tries to push or drag you, repeat making her back up until she decides it is not fun to back up.  I hope this will help with your horse.
