Do problems occur often in breeding miniature mares?

Hi- The only problems that we have encountered is the foal being hard to deliver on our smaller boned mares. We usually try to breed smaller stallions to our mares to prevent this. Other than the occasional problems, as with any of our horses-everything seems to go smoothly- Good luck!!
