if the turtle wont eat and it is a little warm dose that mean its sick and what should i do

Answer
"it a little warm"- do you mean the tortoise has a temperature, or that the habitat is too hot? Tortoise temps are basically the same as their surroundings, so I am just not sure what you are saying.

Russians will not eat if they are too cold, too hot, too dehydrated, etc.

Check out http://www.russiantortoise.org and see if their recommendations are what you are already doing or if there are things you can improve.
