Eye Problem in Indian Star Tortoise

Hello,
Thanks a lot for helping out! Since we do not have any expert here in my State specially for star tortoises :(

well, to the point, i have Indian Star tortoise, female, and mature. Since i am living in a house that has a large garden; she is having her food from the garden itself. sometimes i do feed her some vegetables that i buy from market.

Since few weeks i have noticed that she can not open her left eye and its close completely. Now, today i have noticed that her second eye is also now closed! :(

I have no idea what went wrong? could you please guide me how should i cure ? I and my pet would be thankful to you incase you help us! Please let me know if you required any picture of him!

I'm not a vet, so I cannot diagnose eye problems.  It may be an infection, a problem with her environment, or diet.  

If you can send me some pics or her eye and her set-up I can try to help.

Do you have any vets at all where you live?  If not, I will try to help you.  But I need pics.
