I don't know what kind of turtle it is but,I change his water to warm and I bought 2 different food and he won't eat. What do I do? Do you tb4dhink he is lonely?

Lonely is almost never a problem for turtles.

However, without knowing the species, there is not much I can do to help. Not eating may be wrong diet, wrong temps, wrong housing size or type, sickness. stress, shock, parasites, injury, etc.

The cares for tortoises is different than that for basking turtles, which are different than that for water turtles, etc. The right cares for one species can kill another.
